Ello's band and eyepatch hit caps an alliance rogue. There is no point getting more hit rating when Ambush+Backstab does 70% of a players health. Stormshroud shoulders have more stamina. You could probably get very close to the melee hit cap, but what is the point? You'd end up with 900 health...

It's 3-6 resilience. I agree dual wicked dagger is BiS but that's not the point. With the PvP dagger you lose .1 weapon speed, 1 agility and gain 3 resilience. How is that clearly not better than doomspike?

Copycraft 2011 Resilience > Stam for PvP, if 1 agility is the deciding factor of you killing someone you shouldn't be playing a rogue. If you're going swords the proc on thrash blade + resilience is better than a fast dagger.

If you're going swords thrash blade is the best OH. Spec doesn't matter. BoA PvP Dagger is better than Doomspike in OH. There is really no point in a fast OH because you should be using double crip in pvp.
