CharDev isn't working for me right now, but a mage I used to play with sort of pioneered this 7/2/21 spec. He wore standard balanced stat/spell power gear, was untouchable by other casters, and could put out some nice burst with shatter combos. I'm guessing what you're talking about is similar.

Bow of Searing Arrows is (arguably) better for troll hunters who are willing to farm for the Uldaman Arrows. Otherwise you're better off picking up The Silencer of the AH and using the engineering ammo. Of if you you're lucky enough to find a Shadowforge Bushmaster use that :P

I've had a lot of fun matches as a Priest in a Priest/Mage/Rogue team at 39.

Best weapon setup for a fury warrior imo is MH: ZG Mace, OH: WSG Sword. Slower is generally better for both hands to beef up your Whirlwinds.

I didnt feel misrepresented, I basically did the same thing either way, try to get in combat asap to avoid sap, then dodge polymorphs and CS's while trying to keep my rogue up.
