I got a couple of the Sovereign Tanzanite gems this morning. Equipped them this afternnoon and they were nerfed to 2 str/2 sta.

They are roughly equal. 8 stats vs 2 sockets. Putting +3 STR in both sockets would make 2nd ring a bit better. Getting a socketed ring from Horseman would be best.

If you want to enchant rings with +4 Mastery/Versatility/Crit/Haste (BFA enchanting), you can buy higher-rank recipes with MoH to make it cheaper to make the enchants. And recipes to make epic items using less reagents, to disenchant for the Veiled Crystals needed for the ring enchants.

I got The Horseman's Reins on lv11 Warlock and was able to use it.

I got this from Sha of Anger on lv20 Druid. Level 35 required to use it. I did Mount Master after that and it came up as one of the mounts. Thanks Blizz!

Must be referring to the quest rewards - Timely Goodie Bag which give an epic item for your level. These are just a tad better than unsocketed blue items, but are surpassed by most Timewarped items and socketed TBC gear.

None of the Hallowed End's activities are giving credit towards completion. Side note: They fixed it where we can no longer enter Headless Horseman with charcaters under lv10. Likely fixed the other 3 event dungeons also. Have to wait and see.

Eye of Aszara is a good dungeon to farm resources. Have to kill 1st boss to spawn chest(s). There can be up to 3 chests spawned each run. Chests have 345-495 resources. There are 13 possible spawn points for the chests. I usually just check the 1st 8 then reset. It takes about 3.5 mins. per run...
