What can we buy with Mark of Honor?

I recently got 7 MoH, I'm a casual player so I thought I could spend them on some transmogs on Stormshield, turns out, they're locked by level. Are there other things I can spend them on?

There are PvP gem vendors in SW/Org who give solid all purpose gems, including +4 ones for Int and Agi. It's worth keeping some marks handy for future gearing.

Otherwise, here's a list. There are some mounts, some profession recipes, and various transmog. Plus some items exclusively for BGs, but if you've been avoiding BGs to the point that you haven't bothered with marks of honor before you probably don't care about that.

Gems and mounts as mentioned above but there is also "starter" gear during the 20th Anniversary PVP Event vendor, PVP items mentioned like the Faction Banner that boosts health to those within its range within a Battleground, PVP Faction Tabards, and other battleground items.

Otherwise, most of the PVP gear is or crafted DF recipes require >= level 20 to use.

if you wanna specifically buy tmog, https://www.wowhead.com/npc=197553/fieldmaster-emberath in Valdrakken sells sets that don’t appear to be level locked (have not actually purchased, so not 100% sure, but the tooltip doesn’t say you need to be lvl 70).

If you want to enchant rings with +4 Mastery/Versatility/Crit/Haste (BFA enchanting), you can buy higher-rank recipes with MoH to make it cheaper to make the enchants. And recipes to make epic items using less reagents, to disenchant for the Veiled Crystals needed for the ring enchants.
