So if I understand this correctly, would that mean that 10 resistance = 7.5% chance to miss a fear? If so, is there any way to counter that at lvl 19? :(

Yes there is a way, it requires quite some manual maneuvering + brains, but it works. The WoWhead profiler allows you to track such kind of information, it's not perfect, but it's good enough. Here is an example of my 49 Shaman. I used this tool when I was doing the Ambassador achievement...

I'm not a fan of Headhunterz but you get an A for being brave enough to use Hardstyle in a WoW movie, I wasn't brave enough myself... :P I liked the editing a lot, not too much and not too little. I'm in no position atm to comment on skill lvl, so I wont. Overall pretty entertaining...
