Here are my opinions to your inquires. Mastery is honestly one of the best stats you can stack up to a point. Remember speed has diminishing returns. From my experience you would want balanced stats. As for leech you need a minimum of 4%, but only if you have 350k+ sustained DPS with 16 traits...

I’m planning on doing the same. So far it doesn’t bode well since the AP reward tokens from Random Legion Dungeons sell for 25g. I’ll post as soon as character copy’s are allowed.
