US Do you have a better 101 Havoc DH than I do?

The fact I've done nearly double the damage of every cloth DH I've ran with.

dps is not the ultimate deciding factor for whats bis

I can understand why you think this considering you're from sargeras and all but I think you've been doing this whole twink thing wrong

yet having maximum mastery (secondary stat), knowledge of skips, and efficient uses of shadowmeld is even faster for getting that sweet sweet bonus xp

I don't think I put enough emphasis on the whole mastery thing which comes out of the cloth pieces.

My speed:
193 base speed with mastery set (Dalaran ring)
218 is my speed with 5 stack Sentinel Eternal Refuge buff.
223% with Blur active and boots active
 
Didn't you run with Hiro and I a month or two back, Cash? I feel like we were doing some dungeon runs and you joined for a bit. Maybe it was on your rogue?

My DH is mostly budget, got a few decent items, but iirc she is around 832 ilvl (logged out in speed set). Like you, I am a firm believer in all leather. The main issue with the class is crit for fury generation. Even with 100% crit from Eyasu /use I have had periods of several seconds where my fury generation was zero. DH is a very, very finicky class at 101.

My speed set is 232% unbuffed. DPS is garbage though, just use it in between pulls.

What most people don't understand is the class can be used for different things. DPS is HUGE for running dungeons because it can save you just as much (or more) time as moving quickly. My DH is a tad slower than my DK when I run HoV. I have yet to break 8 minutes on the DH but I guarantee I could if I upgraded a couple pieces. My DK can break 8 minutes no problem (with bear tartar.)
 
Since I have been called out multiple times in this thread it has amused me. Its all a matter of apples and oranges. As a few have noted this is all I have done this expac. My 110s hate me for it. Now I believe I have answered it on other threads and on reddit from people who inquired about Havoc DHs. Yet here I am answering it again. lol. I also want to add that there is nothing wrong with competition nor a friendly pee pee contest. In the end what does that matter since BFA is coming out in a month.

All leather really helps with DPS and my Demon Hunter isn't really a good template to go off of since well all I did majority of this XPAC was AP farm with my twink. The threshold in my opinion where mixed gear equals to or outweighs all leather in regards to 101 twinks is 860 with 24-25 traits unlocked. The only advantage for mixed gear is the movement speed from mastery. Here are my average DPS in regards to the overall DPS in a dungeon with various sets. Some days are good while others are meh. Ill start from the lowest ilvl and why their set that way. These numbers are average and don't really take into account AOE.

839 ilvl (Mixed Armor) : Movement speed set with 170% mastery - 400k DPS
852 ilvl (Full Leather) : Agility Set with 21.7k Agility - 800k DPS
856 ilvl (Mixed Armor) : Crit Set with AOTG at 104% crit - 550k DPS
860 ilvl (Mixed Armor) : Leech set with 74% leech - 550k DPS
881 ilvl (Mixed Armor) : Highest ilvl - 700k DPS

the way I did my calculations which differs from most people are from having multiple damage meters up and then averaging the overall score. I recommend doing this solo to account for the random dungeon bonus you would get.

Your logic can be applied to the question "Why post in this thread?"

People still play their 101s. I do. Hell, I still make decent gold playing them. Just because the end is near doesn't mean people stop playing them early. Once BFA settles in we'll move on to the next flavor of the month.
 
this right here. every good things can end anytime, while the end of the 101 era is coming near why not get the most fun and gold out of it since it is actually still possible atm
