We could learn all transmog at low level on ptr, mount level is correct tho.

If you solofarm just mobs you can prob get 2k / hour. Idk if that is the fastest method tho. But expect it to be at least 3-7h / day avg.

You can get it, but it doesn't become overpowered until level 14 for some reason.
