Actually the first route would be faster, using eng/alchemy.... To get 300 toys as F2p, you need at least 1 year, to obtain all the seasonal toys from all the event... While you would need just about 1-2 months to farm all the mats for the sky golem on 1 char.

As Chops said it's 1 to 1, except there are some old buffs here and there that scale with main stats, and will increase only the agility, not attack Power. But those are fringe cases, and 95% of the time its no difference. Same thing with spell power vs intelect.

This info is already covered in CigNut guide regarding the apexis rares. Also for clarification, yes they can also drop with socket, only unconfirmed detail is if they can double proc (speed+socket for example). Also, the apexis rares from Shadowmoon Valley can also drop items with procs.

Thx for response Chops. Yes, double ele force would make sense due to proc rate scalling with haste (and due to truncheon haste buff, it would double dip). Maybe its not a situation where one is better, but rather a situational one. Like a pressure and sustained dmg vs. Proc based burst windows.

Dw only if you are after a proc based build and you going for elemental force or (due to recent bug) crusader (bleah!). Edit:I swear to god, I hope they fix it because almost any melee spec would use crusader just for beeing able to solo shit easier.
