New ways to get speed/leech gears

Frostfire ridge and gorgond now can drop gears for 20s.

All of the following can proc speed or leech or warforge (purely cosmetic) or epic (purely cosmetic), unsure about socket. these are especially good for slots such as cloak/ring/necklace/weapon/shield/offhand where you have to rely on green BOEs or lucky Atal'Dazar/Freehold drops, both are really hard to get.

This info is already covered in CigNut guide regarding the apexis rares. Also for clarification, yes they can also drop with socket, only unconfirmed detail is if they can double proc (speed+socket for example). Also, the apexis rares from Shadowmoon Valley can also drop items with procs.

This change happened along with the bramblestaff nerf.

This change was specific to the repeatable WOD Apexis Daily Rares.

I farmed 5-6 of these daily for months and concluded that these only can proc a single upgrade.

fyi epic upgrades do matter for weapons. But don’t apply to the apexis rares
