Quit, came back for a week to try out battleground leveling (which I really enjoyed) and now quit again to focus full time and my final year at university. Off to Japan in 2 weeks to go visit the girlfriend... Pretty much it /shrug -X

The main offensive burst capability of a holy priest comes from Holy Fire -> Smite -> Smite -> Mind Blast due to the glyph that causes Smite to deal an extra 20% damage against tragets affected by Holy Fire. It's pretty nice burst to be honest... -X

Has anyone tested out mace spec? For longer arena games, stacking up some sunders and the extra -15% armour and maybe a Faerie Fire or something would mean you're beating on a target with: 15 + 20 + 5 = -40% armour. You also have 10% armour penetration in battle stance and you can get those...

Blizz fixed that a couple of patches ago. You can can now cap against racials and talent abilities. -X

Just thought I'd mention that Blind counts as a ranged attack, so the NE racial + Heightened Senses + Base Miss is a rather annoying 11% miss chance. That's a lot of hit required to make sure your Blinds don't miss :( -X

Yep. If they have 30 resistance, with 20 spell penetration they actually have 10 resistance. If they have 0 resistance then they still have 0 resistance after spell penetration - which is why it isn't an amazing stat unless players are stacking nature/frost/fire resist constantly. -X

It's a static 20 spell penetration at all levels. I'd take the agility personally :) -X

Shamans use Nature damage primarily, with a little fire and frost. The only people out there with nature resistance are other shamans, and that takes up a wind totem (WF or Grounding) so I wouldn't worry too much. Paladins and those grouped with them MIGHT have 30 fire or frost resist but...

You should also take into account the armour of your target, after applying a rogue's armour penetration (312 armour at level 39). -X
