Both level 50s, both just logged in, but I did the very first turn in and lock did not. My neck still works outside of Arenas btw. But not in them. Super weird. EDIT: oh wait this is just a visual bug lmao

Even doing the very first quest in Org or Stormwind will deactivate your necklace. Playing skirms with a 50 lock and a 50 druid (myself). I did the very first quest and my neck is gimped, while my buddy just logged in and still has it working in games.

I hear GW2 has good PvP that you can start at lvl 1 and leveling through it completely. I haven't bit the bullet yet though.

World of Warcraft already updated their Twitter bio and banner to Shadowlands theme, but included a little tidbit in their bio about being able to play the first twenty levels for free. Hopefully this is confirmation the F2P level cap is not being changed in Shadowlands. Still not 100%, but...
