   But what is happening in Shadowlands with the level squish? What's the info on F2P level cap and our current lvl 20s?

   You couldn’t find it because it’s not yet known.
   
   I would suggest most would expect 20’s to scale down to 10, and the new F2P level being 10.
   
   But it’s not yet been confirmed by Blizz.
