Neat info, good to know that the sweet spot for raw damage is basically around 63 to 70!

Might just be the nostalgia speaking, but when the 20s were paired with the levelers; that was the best time for low level PvP. Why? Simply because level 20 twinks did have comparable power to the leveling 27-29s. The extra 9 levels, higher ilvl, and extra talents/abilities evened things out...

You know, if the 29s were actually serious about PvP they'd like you know, organize times or something where they all que at the same time. Oh wait, the entire reason they PvP is to curbstomp levelers and level 20s. Sorry I forgot about that, my bad.

Dracthyr currently will roll with ilvl 206 accessories (Every piece of Evoker's gear will be ilvl 206)

TWing is essentially it's own thing, and best to approach it as such. When it comes to priest, my level 11 one simply 'heals' in Shadow spec. Typically bubbling the tank is enough to take care of each pull, and I just spend my time throwing out dots.

It'll happen even if you have no gear at all. Absorbs doesn't seem to count towards the threat so that's really the only 'heal' you can safely use without pulling threat. Course due to how stacking stats work in TWing, you just become squishier the more you do it.

I don't think it's dungeon specific, though I'm not sure if stuff that comes out of chests will proc anything though.

Any class will give you the accessories at high level, Evokers get all of their gear at the higher ilvl.

The accessory gear will be ilvl 206, this will likely be fixed in the near future since any new Dracthyr will get it so this one probably wont be flying under the radar. (Any characters holding on to the start gear will see it retroactively go up to ilvl 206 as well).

Guess it was changed to match the drops you get from the dungeons. I always thought it a little weird that they didn't; but since the ilvls are evened out it means you can shoot for a necklace with other stats now.

I think that one has been fixed for all cases.

Don't know about level 20, but for level 11 https://www.wowhead.com/item=178826/sunblood-amethyst hits pretty hard (1200ish damage) with a 90 second CD, which will one shot most non-boss mobs (and takes a decent chunk out of bosses).
