Course my character parked in a TW dungeon was ported out with the patch, so couldn't confirm if the new drops would have indeed been lower ilvl.

Dungeon journal still shows TW dungeons dropping ILVL 60 at level 11.
The queue for a burning crusade dungeon did pop pretty fast.
Got kicked at 1st boss for queing as a tank while in Fury.
It changed you to prot as you zone in, so you have to switch it back to Fury.

Yes, I saw this too. I logged onto 11.1 PTR last month and the dungeon journal did say ilvl 42 at 11 in TW dungeons so I guess Blizzard changed their minds? Weird.

This is actually the first week without TW since 11.0.5 launched in October. Kinda weird.

IME the dungeon journal is accurate and it says ilvl 60.

It is interesting you get kicked out of the dungeon with the major patch though. I didn't know that happened.

So I varied how I ran dungeons with a twink. It was typically one of these options:

1. Queue as DPS. There's never really any problem here. Usually I'd only do this when gearing. Not strictly necessary;
2. Queue as a tank solo. I've never had an issue doing this as Fury. IDK whey the OP got vote kicked. It could just be that they didn't like twinks or the OP left people behind. I've literally never seen anyone take issue with queueing Tank as Fury when you can literally solo the dungeon;
3. Queue 2 accounts: tank plus one. Same deal: Fury tank. I did this to get up one toon because I'd queue with 2 11 warriors and trade gear. This can really speed things up.
4. Queue with 3 accounts. I can't get kicked. If necessary, I can kick someone else. I've never had to do that. With 3 11 warriors, you get even more funnelling opportunities;
5. 5-man. The big advantage here is you don't have to deal with any players. This is max funnelling because I'd do it with 4 11 Warriors and a healer.

From my short time knowing and running with Eleven.. he waits at every major room threshold or hallway and does full clears like myself so I'd guess this hits the nail on the head. I personally think it's the purists who vote us out. I run one account and mostly que dps, the ques seem to always be quick and painless. When I que tank as fury is when I see the sass in chat. I don't have a napkin tally but I'd guess 1 out of 20 runs I see someone perk up in chat, once that happens it feels like a 50/50 chance I'm getting voted out. Most folks appreciate it and think it's a hoot, it's the purists I feel that are the ones complaining.

Agreed, I think your right
Eleven, First toon I logged onto was my twink so I could see what damage was done. Then it was happy dance time.

I am in for the group as long as you all are all playing clothies! I need that stupid 3 socket belt. Took me 200 runs to get a 2 socket one :(
Just kidding about the clothie requirement :)
 
After so many TW runs my toon feels stupid OP.

I haven’t farmed these dungeons in the past month or so at all.
I kinda feel bad for doing 5 man content when everything bosses included are dying in 2 hits
 
Start a group with just weapons and trinkets, spice it up a bit?
 
If you want to do something silly, run as a resto druid and throw heals on the tank when needed; but spend the rest of the time just meleeing things. There's a good chance you'll still do the most damage out of the group.
 
i did two DF follower dungeons with a 10. the gear i was getting was ilvl 19. not sure if the gear was ilvl 24 before the patch?

the followers seemed to scale off me which made the dungeons effortless and quick

as for res/cat. when i tried it i just predom used swipe, and played it like a fury war, if it was buffed 10% i do not see a issue

If your gear isn't very good you're unlikely to be made worse, at least in my experience.
