tick. If the meta grants pure haste, it should be increasing these ticks as well. Pretty sure it does but yea
you get 5 full ticks and a fractional tick for 50%. If you have enough for 6 full ticks you will get that, plus any additional fractional..
Right there is no snapshoting nor haste breakpoints anymore. If you get 5 ticks over 5 sec and you have enough haste for 5.5 ticks..
Does anyone know if the haste increase meta affects dot tick or just casting speed?

Ok it's just the chest quest. Both rewards from the chest quest (helm/chest) but it looks like a quest nerf not all azerite.
Unsure about sea scrolls quest
Heard HoA is still obtainable but when you try and do the Zandalari quests all the azerite gear options are now red with a req lvl.
Anyone know what ilvl artifact is with 2 ilvl25 relics?
No changes to it yet @Bop Shatt is gone, marked red. Artifact weps with high relics look to be GF'd
