Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if pure starter ends with the isle and you need vet/sub to hit the expansions.
Yea I really doubt it, 10 makes perfect sense, you finish the starter zone, you get a taste of each expansion, just enough to want to sub
On PTR I put the TBC spellpower to wep on a new item, 0 stat change lol Says +5 on the wep
