smh 16 ms? You probably seeing people move before they even move i play with 300 ms

lol - u obviously haven't played WOW from Western Australia 
. For many year before we had Oceanic Servers, I had to use those ping improving programs to just try and get 250ms. Quite often it would hover between 300 - 500ms normally.
Damn, I have never seen 16ms and probably never will
Most of my end game arena and bg's were done with green - yellow ping. Used to put us at a disadvantage against the US dudes with 16ms ping.
Even now, with Oceanic Servers I still get 190 - 250ms while in bg's and arena with US toons.

oh yeah it's fun to get half the speed for twice the price. (grew up in switzerland/now living in the US)
shit like that would be considered consumer fraud in most other western countries.
on a side note: french players have been enjoying the luxury of 1-10 ms since bc or whenever they moved the eu servers.

Playing on EU below 100 ms is pretty normal due to the good infrastructure US does not have.
Played on 500mb fiber with 1-5ms on EU servers, on cable 150mb 5-10 ms and vdsl 10-15ms. Does not matter which one I used, switching to russian servers which are hosted in my country, I have 1ms. I can tell though that it is not ideal having such low ms when everyone has higher ms and it certainly gives troubles.
