Trying to ddos me.

Update: I have a perfect Internet stability, 2 routers connected. I have NEVER gotten internet problems in the last 3 years.

At this time everyone in the house was asleep (3 AM).

My MS went up, and after research it was indeed from another persons IP. I have already been investigating and will not release any more information about this person.

Edit: I don't give 1 single shit if you're like ''i play on 350 ms dont cry dexa'', i was being ddosed and i cba scum. I really don't give 1 single fuck if anyone thinks i'm trolling, i'm serious about this and people keep trying to ddos me, it's pathetic that they can't actually.

on a side note: french players have been enjoying the luxury of 1-10 ms since bc or whenever they moved the eu servers.

I've not had any problems whatsoever with my internet, no resets aswell. If there's an reset happening i can't even access my internet. (For 5 minutes), this was right after an arguement so i'm 80% sure it was indeed an attack on me. I went downstairs to our other PC, just fine. Connected to the different router, no problems whatsoever, and when i tried to find out what was happening i called my provider and they told me ''It might be an attack on your internet''. (I called today) As they told me their next reset will be next week.

DDoS from single IP? I hear that for the first time.. And what "research" u did? Kinda curious...

Wasnt your low end router just overheating?

EDIT: Weird, that your different computer downstairs did not have problems... But as you said "it is connected to different the router", but I am pretty sure it is connected to same device provided by your ISP as your other router, which again does not make any sense..

Still, you ain't the only 1 that has gotten ddost. Multiple people have gotten ddost including me and not just once. You don't see me making a thread about it. Nobody gives a crap.

I use 2 routers, 1 for gaming. 1 for other stuff in the house.

My main PC (Gaming PC) is connected to my gaming router ofc, thats the one which was being attacked. My other pc downstairs (an mac) Did however have no problems. I've tried contacting the provider of my internet and he said it was probably an ddos attack.

Edit: If you ddos my Gaming router IP it still doesn't affect my other IP (Downstairs)

You have 2 routers... That's probably not good. Im guessing they both dish out IP addresses from the 192.168 address range... Holy IP conflict. People do ping sweeps all the time, your firewall will block if you didn't initiate that conversation. You will see all sorts of IPs blocked in your log, won't really mean much. Since there was no denial of service I wouldn't call it that... That latency is next to nothing.

They dont conflict, suprisingly. Its weird.

Anyways, i've called and they checked as i've said 100x and they said it's probably an attack.
