It's a slippery slope for sure but pretty much inevitable around these parts, the reason we made the change in the Arena portion of the TC was because so many really strong teams signed up, and some of the strongest teams wouldn't have been able to play, letting them in and changing things a little bit ended us up with those same teams who may not have played bringing some of the best matches to the table.
 
I agree with Luplis, my team has already had numerous practice sessions with the current rule-set in mind. Changing the rules this close to the event disrupts the teams that have already done practice.
 
These rules as they stand aren't balanced. To have balanced games we should slightly modify the rules. Otherwise half the games will be mongo stomp xyzvsbsggdhdudud and people don't normally like watching that.

They want games based through skill.
 
Aye real shit doe. Warrior is still op af even without crusader. Make those fools use a white weapon imo. No joke ask @Waves we did practice games and warriors still do almost unbearable pressure.
 
It's true that warriors do pretty ridiculous amounts of damage. But warriors haven't won a 29 3v3 no-enchant tourney in quite some time. If my memory serves me correctly, the last tourney was a disc beastcleave victory.
 
All I know is enhance should use white weapons. warrior shouldn't be paired with enhance shammies and wind walkers.

Rogues deserve at least ele force as they are heavy countered utility wise with slows from allot of classes and do not have good mobility to get out of those slows. I have good Experiance with this and trying to help keep games balanced. Regardless how close it is to the date.

Games won't be as interesting to watch. If the rules are stuck to how they are.

P.S: Reguardless people saying they can't change rules because they had practice is bs. Half the tournies I just rock up and play.

Tournaments are really about good players coming together at the same time to fight each other with fun, even as possible, balanced comps. Now if games are not balanced then it defeats the first two bits I mentioned which makes it kind of pointless in a sense.

We should of taken from what we learnt from last 29 3s tourny and not make the same mistake as this is the last chance we have in having a great 29 3's tourny before legion hits.

Just my thoughts, but the first arena match should be played on Nagrand Arena, seeing as that is the most neutral arena in the pool, instead of letting it be some "random" arena that can benefit one team or the other more heavily depending on comp. I also believe that is what endgame tournaments do? Don't quote me on that last part.

Ok rules changed no fussing around and bitching about rules plz... Enhance's will run WHITE WEAPONS thanks to Livingforce for the suggestion :) And other rules will not be changed no matter what anyone says. First arena map will be Nagrand arena. @Fancy Took your team off because I had 2 other teams who had signed up I changed the limit to 10 and put you back on there :) srry

Thanks to all the teams that signed up Registration is over since I have already overextended the amount of teams to 10 NO MORE, teams will be allowed into the tourney srry for those who didnt signup in time :) If you dont finish your teams roster by the registration end period your team will be removed ty for your time and kindness :)
 
Rules got changed because of one suggestion. Jesus christ. I am really surprised you didn't go ahead and make it so rogues can use elemental force as well, because you know, suggestions are to be taken seriously 1 week out before the tournament. No backbone.

I can't tell if whether you were going to remove Fancy's squad because Synergy and Swole Patrol were more important to you and now you are just saving face. Or you just don't know how to add numbers. Either way, it seems shady, just like a lot of things so far.
 
Wonder if you have found commentators?

Also make sure you tag people who are leading teams but not finished their rosters, you sort of have to hold people's hands for this.

I made the cut thank you very much and I still could think other things should be balanced like arms warrior white weapons, I could keep going on. But at least these games will be a little bit more entertaining now.
