Ever back on topic.... As you all can see, it is very very easy to drag a thread off topic. I personally have steered this thread back to topic at least twice. And others continue to derail it. If you want to discuss off topic subjects(non-WoW related) it should not be allowed it these forums. We have an entire forum dedicated to that. It works well for thousands of other websites. It can work here too. We just need mature moderators.

Not to say that I am opposed to it being legalized. If it was federaly legalized and regulated like alcohol it would bring in billions of dollars in tax revenue. New companies would spring up overnight. It would be a boon for the economy. But it has been proven to inhibit brain growth in young adults. That is part of the reason why it is illegal.
Still waiting on that list...

From an outside perspective I have enjoyed this last week or so of spam. I don't come on here for anything informative or really care much about new things in this game so it's been a funny laid back experience reading these "best of" threads and numerous polls.

However if this forum is meant to be informative or anything close then moderation needs to be ramped up immensely. Getting rid of the spam would basically remove any posting from this site though so you have to ask before moderating, will people step up and help you in making this site what you want. The answer is no sadly.

Mods have to ask themselves which direction this forum is going and which direction they see as an option

Sure, there are SOME informative threads on here. Alas, they get hidden in all the daily BS.

I never said anything about countries? I made a simple statement, saying that it's not illegal everywhere, nothing more, nothing less.
 
Absolutely. Accidentally hit "no", but I truly believe more is better.

This part of the forum is rampant with idiots, trolls, and spammers (Really one in the same).

And can we get rid of the "Who is the best ___" threads? >_>
