Ever on topic, we need moderation in moderation. But, the moderators need to the rules the same across the board. If one person breaches the rules and get their hand slapped and another person breaches the same rule( or worse) and nothing happens what kind of message does that send?

I got banned for 3 days for posting bout guns and bcuz I farmed one mod, he doesnt like me and said thast was an at thread, then we have ppl posting weed (illegal), telling kids to go die or @threads going for 20-30 pages and nothing

I'd like to see less of these retarded "best of" threads. I mean sure, the idea itself is fine by me but when 50% of the threads on first page are about who's best, it gets boring. Maybe I'm just a minority, though, seeing how much replies and attention these threads get...

I would clearly say yes since we should all look into a better community as a part of it together.
However, the moderation has to be effective enough to find out the real origins of issues, such as stupid threads being post recently.
I dont care who becomes the next one, but if the new one doesn't stop people such as this little kid Neon being idiotic by posting irrelevant threads,
I will have to say it doesnt really matter at all.
I would rather pay more attention into managing the banking center and colleagues that I'm responsible for, and the presidential election things happening around in the United States.
