Community Project: Base stats for all race/class combinations

I did some poking around in on the armory and on simulationcraft as I don't have access to allies races myself, and it looks like you are right, the BfA and Shadowlands allied races not having modifiers is inaccurate. I am surprised at that, and sorry for the snark.

Simulationcraft has the following(Strength, Agility, Stamina, Intellect)
Vulpera: -3,+3,-1,+1
Zandalari Troll: +1,+2,0,-3 (same as Troll)
Maghar Orc: +3,-3,+1,-1 (same as Orc)
Dark Iron Dwarf: +2,-2,+1,-1 (same as Dwarf)
Kul'Tiran: +1,-2,+2,-1
Mechagnome: -2,+1,-1,+2

Again, not confirmed, but if you want a reference for the time being, there it is.

Human arcane mage: 58 Intellect, 55 Stamina
Human outlaw rogue: 58 Agility, 55 Stamina
Human arms warrior: 58 Strength, 55 Stamina

I can slap together some quick screengrabs for proof when I'm done doing daily chores.

One wrinkle I'd feel amiss not bringing up. I just checked on a draenei shaman with 61 intellect in ele/res and 58 agility in enh. I assume that their heroic presence racial (three points) is being counted towards the white stat. I don't know if simulationcraft numbers account for that bump, so it might be worth keeping in mind.

Don't have a tauren to check their stamina bonus. But outside of special racial features, we should be good.

when i compiled this for BFA I included those numbers, as well as tauren bonus stam, in the final number.

Those passives would not be included in the offsets, they would have to be added afterwards. They scale to level, while the offsets should be constant.

Well, I didn't know there was a post about that, I just finish today the sheet about all base stats (after weeks of research). I include all bonus stat in the base stat (so the Draenei and Tauren racial)(there is also base stat for level 1 and 10 for those who are curious):
