10v10s were the only thing that kept this alive; the gameplay has been miserable imo everyone is burnt now and has no reason to queue

If youre going to put an extraordinary effort into something to bring players back do something thats going to promote people to queue on the live servers because everything else is a waste of time right now with the way things are.

Mate, 1 week from now, no matter what 19s will pop, stfu and stop complaining, we don't like wod and how stale it is, and we definitely do not want to go against you or have your shitty ness on our team.

well tbf most Tough Love had quit before first TC, we played close to 2 years of mop, I guess certain guild dodgin us for like a 6 months+ and only getting 1 premade vs rest of the best so combined with people just quiting for real life reasons that was never rly a factor. a lot of pugs back then was super competitive tho, early mop had some of the best pugs of all time with multiple strong guilds queuing up, having premadetier comps on both side with a lot of focus on mid.

The scrambled plebmades also held high standard + the kills in mid where not dependant on meele rng, more back n forth pure caster stuff, that all helped with general synergy in order to even land kills imo.

shit was cash money. not to say ciren is correct about the issue now tho. This expansion is totally different and the only classes that really benefit from playing pugs on the regular is like druids n hunters and to a certain extent heals. rest benefits way more from premades/plebmades imo.

I do think if legion is decent then getting strong groups to queue up against eachother would be useful.
 
I'll ask again, is the merge confirmed in prepatch or are people just saying things to say them?
 
Have to at least partially agree with Ciren. Plebmades are the worst thing to happen to this bracket in years.

Well i mean i protested against plebmades happening to early in the day a couple handful of times but it's a tricky situation since as you know very well - many players are not anywhere close to the same time zone.

Either way I don't expect people to behave how I think would be best so that's why i'm sort of in disagreement here with the OP, I think we had a great balance for a while between PuGs and Plebmades but as HB brought up in stream today - new player retention is this bracket is lacking and that is more so the cause of PuGs stopping, not Plebmades.

yo no hate for TL, his point was that queing as a 5man pug had the same effect for building a team as a 10v10
a team grows when they play all together, just look at the difference in GSC when we hit US to now
 
the only reason i played wow was for the twink cup, same with the rest of my team. we only cared to play to practice for the twinkcup. Suck my dick
 
Things will pick up in Legion. Pugs will be rolling good. Game play wont be the same, but I think we are all burned out with the current setup anyway. I am for sure. I havent queued a 19s game in 3 months because of it. Looking forward to the changes Legion brings.
 
Idk feels like alot of ppl had time off for tc and now working aswell which also contributes to it being dead. I work now and have 0 time to q at all lol and especially for us EU with the timezone being so rough. Also lack of interest in wod now that legion is so close? Give it a few weeks.
