It looks like it's just the same BC socket stuff as 20 with maybe a few pieces from level 25 req dungeons if you prefer.
Grandfathered flying is nice on old 60/70 toons, but irrelevant for BGs.

Lmao I love Endgame Arena… that’s all I do. I’ve never done a single raid in my 8+ years of wow. Twinking has always been a side hobby when the Arena gets stale.

You do know you can queue at 20 with a sub active, right?
If you're going to make a toon in an incredibly unstable position that could get reverted back to no-queue status at any time in order to get the smallest advantage in a bracket only active because of the level 20s... then you go right on ahead.
Just don't expect others to not judge you. Because that's a pretty pathetic mindset

The other part is the original spirit which is unfairly outgearing, and in the same way having any advantage possible. Even if it isn't forever.
Ultimately though I believe that Blizzard clearly identified that people are using the starter/ vet account system in a way they don't intend, and so took action. I don't expect it to be reverted, if ever, for a long time.
I've always been surprised they allowed these accounts to queue pvp at all for this long.

Its not like we're talking about a historic bracket of storied 29s here. Every single 29 will have a creation date in august 2022. I'll give them a fair shake when theyve got a decade of experience as a bracket organizing pvp regardless of the current state of their random BG ques.
