How is this your decision? I know what gaps I needed filled in the guild prior to doing a 10 man and those are now in process of being filled. A flag carrier isn't one of them I have 2, Franchi's not making anyone wait on anything. A priest however is.
I was mostly responding to franchi's stupid, but rerolling and regearing should not be required to premade. If you only have one priest you are comfortable rolling with, then we will only use one priest. There are more sensible solutions than making someone reroll and making everyone who actually wants to premade wait for said reroll.
I'm thrilled you came over with a team of players you had previously ran with but this is a fairly new guild here used to fill out pug wsg's.
This is what i don't understand about what you're saying. If you're going to cite our "past experience playing together" as some kind of huge advantage, then why do you insist on putting some fresh reroll into your premade? The fact is that horde 29s have played together longer than MB has, anyway. We all played in different guilds and different factions at 39. Much of our roster has joined in the last month or so. This will be our first premade as well as yours (basically because pizza dodged 19s for about 4 months).
You want to have premades, but you want to have premades you are sure of winning?
ROFLMAO
Of course you don't see the point of us putting together a great team. You would prefer if it was half-assed. At least that's what your posts are indicating.
It's so hard to even comprehend how dumb franchi and nastay are. If you actually have no clue what you're talking about, then don't post for us.
MB wants to premade. MB does not want to play games with no chance of losing. You know as well as I do that we are not looking for steamroll games. We have the option of q'ing 19s and winning/tying 95% of the time. As soon as we could put together a 10 man roster for 19s, we asked Waw Tawent, a guild that has been playing 19s together since 2007, to premade. We didn't ask quickly because we were hoping to catch them unprepared with some half-assed comp, rofl. We also did not, at this point, ask people to reroll for us and cite that we would need a month to prepare our roster despite having ~40-some properly geared toons in the guild.
LOL at this, why are you doomhammers so impatient, <Lost the Batteries> was never anything but a fun dmaw guild for active players, I don't think anyone had premades in mind. Our bracket hasn't premaded in years. You express interest, we say that we need to get 1 or 2 players to have a roster that isn't shit, and you cry?
At the moment, I don't have finished professions, or an AGM/DMH. The rest of the priests are inactive or uninterested in premading. I believe we have found a candidate, but we need to get him to 29 and gear him.
Like i said, we can make adjustments to rosters and limit certain classes/items like priests and hunters and AGMs/DMHs to what both guilds have available. Premades don't need to be as serious as you think they do. I want to play in more competitive games (which can be done without cherry-picking a perfect roster).
There are numerous small mistakes and a few huge mistakes that I make on a regular basis, in the last 2 nights i have lost games for horde 3 times that I know of, a fc that is ready to bring it on a premade lvl does not have those issues. I am working on getting better but it will be a while before i am ready to fc on a premade lvl, cleaning up my ui has worked wonders, but at the same time adjusting to it and re learning it is slowing my game down atm. Besides as daydra says she has an fc, it's filling out other slots that's taking time at present.
I also make numerous mistakes every game. Perfect play is hard to find, and is not necessary to have a competitive game. It's not my concern whether you play or don't play in the premade, but your guild has more than enough resources to premade with or without you playing.
I have no doubt that we can come to an agreement about comps, items, and consumables. The no screenshots/secret results rule can be used if necessary. Maybe your entire team is truly depending on one priest reroll; I'm very sorry if that's the case. In my experience with premades, they are more likely to happen if they are scheduled ASAP. MB has coincidentally only asked guilds with twice or even four times our roster to premade. Pizza told us that he would need two weeks. It's been four months, despite having a twinkinfo thread up called "Waw Tawent Looking for Premades!"
