WoD Tabards - Obtainable?

Yelluh,

So I'm exalted with all the WoD factions on my lvl 70. Naturally, I swung by the faction vendors in Warspear to find out that I have to be lvl 90 to equip those tabards (Really blizz?).

Then, I found out that the tabards for the factions that was added in the HFC patch does not, indeed, require a specific lvl. However, you have to be in a phase accessed by completing quests which, naturally, I am to low lvl for.

Is anyone aware of a way around this though?

The Googlez let me down on this one, so any help is appreciated.

So far I have found the saber stalker tabard is the only one available, unless you can manage to get into each faction ashran areas or each factions tanan jungle areas.

you can try to contact a gm and tell him that you have the required rep but your computer is old and crashes in that specific zone. worked for me a long time ago.

There USED to be a way to do this but I don't think it works anymore. I've been inside and all over Ashran on my 10 Hunter but no NPC's of any kind are there. Essentially you're phased into a Zone with all the Landscape, Buildings, Bridges, etc but nothing else.

Tried contacting a GM. Didn't work though. Just told me to put my graphics on the lowest option.
