Why cant 10's post in the 10-19 bracket?

I don't see why they can't. As long as the posts are kept to a reasonable decorum. Level 20's post in the 20-29 section quite often. Trials post in the non Trial section all the time with no issues.
Why should we have a problem only in this section? Unless there a maturity factor holding us back.

Getting into the 19's is a tough nut to crack. Many say it is very easy. On this point, I have to disagree.
I have experimented several times on various no named characters trying to get into 19's guild to avail. Even with Bloodthirsty and high PvP rating it was a no go. Sad but true. Many good players have been turned away from twinking because of this type viciousness. Surely, our queue times would be much shorter if we had more players.
If it was not for the efforts of GG 19 there is no telling what the state of 10-19's would be in right now.

you can get away with that shit in 20 to 29 because that bracket is beyond saving from an average skill standpoint

You keep bringing up this ' scammer ' thing however it has 0 to do with you as you made a thread trying to aggravate me and it failed so horribly as it just died out and no one cared including Chap who also commented saying he has no idea why you made it. You will look for anything for attention or just to genuinely annoy me when we all know you are just some nerd who will always be behind a computer and being a keyboard warrior and when you're older work in mcdonalds / on your unemployment benefit while living with your parents till your 47.
