The main point that many of you aren't acknowledging, is that if Mend Pet really was a bug, it would have been ninja hotfixed ages ago. The fact is that 'mend pet' is a healing action towards your pet, and healing actions on players that are in combat, puts you in combat also. Pets are in combat as long as they are aggroed to an enemy, so it's not a bug that you can spam mend pet and stay in combat.
The high level satchel gear was fixed before anyone could really take advantage of it, so there's like a total of 3 people who have it, 2 of which likely don't even play anymore.
The gems bug is being handled and will cease to exist by MoP. Reporting people you see with it now will earn that person a GM visit to remove the gemmed items and possibly ban the guy with it.
Grandfathered gear is a natural side effect of item sources being removed, and continuing to use those gear rewards is working 100% as intended. If it weren't, Blizzard would hotfix nerf those items or remove them completely.
Holiday buffs are temporary through the holiday event. They are scaled in such a way that makes them tolerable for the week or two of the holiday, so making a big deal about them is lulz.
Geometry jumps aren't an exploit in most cases because they involve utilizing areas of the terrain that Blizzard could easily have blocked off at anytime in the last 8 years. The few that could be considered exploits are like intentionally getting feared through a wall and being untouchable (which is near impossible to do intentionally).
This list of 'exploits' is really just a list of what some people really don't like. The only real exploit right now that wasn't even mentioned, is the XP - off one. That would likely make my list of 'least respectable exploit.' if I were to vote.
