What happens to GF'ed twink ?

What happening to GF'ed twinks who has done all quests from both factions like me ? Are we useless now ? Or still useful on some pieces ? Just wondering

I mean alot of epics arent that groundbreaking, and theres still boe epics. Depends on the class I guess.

Leather and mail are good for boe epics especially leather even weaps drop well no gun or bow boe

Notable things missing are range weapons and 2h agility weapons. So hunter, feral druid, and BM monk would be a bit behind in terms of weapon damage. Holy pally can't wield a staff, so its lacks a weapon option as well.

Most of the quest gear ends up being not that much better than current gear. GFd gear is often equal or better. WF/TF invasion gear with the right secondaries are still usually better.
