If you go to an interview and dress properly, you should be wearing at least a nice shirt, tie, and slacks, so your body will be hidden under clothing.

Yes indeed , but i am still a student doing student job atm ... But yes Def , Looking Fit in a suit and tie is always optimal

You should see me in a suit. You can see my buffness through the clothing, Dor.

In summation, tight clothing actually makes the muscle more alluring due to the mystery factor of what's underneath. Heck, I even prefer girls who wear tight fitting risky outfits over being nude. Unless she has big village feeders for jugs, then obviously the clothes need to come off.

Just my 2c anyway, not that anyone asked for it.

So I took another test today and I had 10. Something percent body fat and some time ago I took a test somewhere else and it said 6. Something so it's somewhere in between I guess. Still probably lower than yours flamer lol.

brb gonna check my abs out in the mirror catch ya later

Not sure what this has to do with the 10 - 19 bracket but whatever.

Death to all weightlifters! Right? Yeah! Fuck em all!

I can kind of see why an american would disagree with physical activity though...

Physical fitness is big business in the US. Just health and fitness clubs alone, account for $30 billion of the $100 billion total industry in the US.
Some corporate offices benefits are that you get use their private gym. My wife's job offers this as a benefit. It is all part of the package to get top tiered talent.

/cheers

Obesity is also considered an "epidemic" in America.

When you have food at your beckon call. And you have some people that tend to overindulge on said food, that is what happens.
What can I say, we have too much of a good thing. And some people can't resist it.

I love my body. I am not satisfied with it at all but you know what... I am damn proud of all the hard work and sacrifice i have put into obtaining it.

Don't do drugs kids

sad cunts, ironicacly thats big factor to why he died.

anyway, most lifters lift for themselves, not for girls or some other shit, those dont last long.

As most questions have already been answered like the benefits of it, it obviously carries a lesson to life:

Discipline, Perseverance, Determination, Consistence, Hard Work, all stuff that can be applied to both sports and jobs to be sucessfull.
