Doing to much is not ok doing a little (2-3 a week 1hr or so) is ok. Fitness is ok, getting your body into condition is very good but bodybuilding is not ok cause you are doing things not meant for the human body.
But hey this is with almost everything. Drinking to much alcohol is not ok a few is ok, same goes for drugs and unhealty foods etc.
100% true especially the drugs.
Mad respect for people who do work out natural n get ripped tho. I been on some lightweight roids for half a cycle now and I've gained muscle no doubt but I'm also working out a good bit. I'm not a fag and this is a wow site so I won't be posting a pic but this thread is retarded as fuck how can u diss working out n gettin tone n lookin good n fuckin bitches n snortin lines in moderation?
