weight lifter

Your morning lesson, grasshopper...
Social skills, as in telling people their hobby is "stupid"?
Try putting "guild leader", "raid leader", "freakishly good" at video games on a resume...
Added bonus lesson: Always proofread your resume, more than once.
Have a wonderful day.

/cheers

alybobo knows what's up, WoW hasn't helped him be a better soccer dad in any way

ok out of the hundreds of people that visit LA fitness down the street at a time there is probably one old guy that's there for his bone density and or to train himself functionally.and of the people who body build on TI: 0your defense for body builders is weak as fuck.
You just cherrypicked two benefits from a long list.

The main thing about working out a lot, is that you have to make sure you're constantly lathered in cocoa butter, so you don't get stretch marks.

Why reply? This fag clearly just wants elder status and your responses are getting him there. Well done.

What a stupid thing to be.

You dedicate many hours out of your week to pick up weights and put them back down to ultimately look like your skin doesn't fit over your muscle tissue anymore.

For what? Woman dont like how it looks and lifting weights doesn't generate any money or do anyone any good.

Quite literally there is probably nothing you can do that's less productive and beneficial for yourself and for mankind.

If you want to be physically fit why dont you find yourself a labor job or volunteer your time to do something physically challenging. At least you'd be productive and learn a skill along the way.

If someone lifts weights I automatically think they're an idiot and there's nothing they can say or do to change my mind because nothing about lifting weights is intelligent or not a complete waste of time.

The materials used to make weights for weight lifters is a complete waste of recourses as well.
You sir are ignorant as fuck. People like myself lift weights for several reasons. One of those reasons obviously is to gain muscle and feel confident. The gym carries over to several parts of my life. It gives me confidence and sure girls don't always care for muscle but the confidence working out gives me allows me to approach girls very easily and become the center of attention. Also, working out teaches you discipline that can carry over to every aspect of life. Working out and dieting like I did may not always be fun but at the end of the day it is worth it because of how accomplished I feel. I love to push my current limitations farther and test my body. When i break a personal record in the gym i get a high on life feeling. In addition, I love the pump. The pump is like an orgasm bro. I'd rather go workout than have sex most of the time. Lastly, working out is a great way to stay healthy and meet people with similar interests as you. I have made several friends in the gym. People respect you if you have big muscles. Older woman love muscles because they value the hard work and discipline it took to achieve which in turn will lead to a man who will have the discipline and motivation in other areas of life. there is no denying that fit people are happy people. I always feel amazing after the gym and get a high on life and I do not even need to smoke or do some other unhealthy shit. Remember man AESTHETICS OVER EVERYTHING. Bodybuilding is an amazing sport where there is always room to improve. I love to sculpt my body into something beautiful. I am an artist and the weights are my clay. It is more than a hobby, it is a lifestyle. Before the gym, life was alot worse for me because of how unhappy I was. My diet sucked, my body sucked, and I never had energy or motivation for anything. All i did was play WoW and study a little for school. Since working out, I have a 3.94 gpa, alot more confidence, alot more girls, everything is positive. The gym is my place to escape the stresses of the outside world. I put my music in and zone out and enjoy my happy place (the gym). Working out in my opinion is the best thing on this planet. I'm sorry you have missed out.

I worked out for hockey and volleyball like a lot and found it to be quite rewarding. Not to mention the confidence it gives you when you don't have your shirt on. Sounds like people in this thread jump into pools with a shirt on...might as well plug your nose to seal the deal!

i never missed out on anything.

i used to be a regular in the gym too getting big and shit. it just never did for me what it does for you.

being physically fit is important to me though so i always take jobs doing some sort of physical labor because i want to be productive and exercise at the same time.

I believe wellness can be found within oneself and should be worked on there long before anyone enters any gym. Physical activity to result in healthy physical condition is much different than someone meatheading out to try to get laid or to compensate for their lack of manhood in certain areas.

Everything is subjective. My body is exactly as "shredded" as I would like it to be, I'm as healthy as I would like to be, my diet is where I'd like it to be and I have no desire to get any bigger. Some people, do get addicted to lifting as their results are a gradual change to them and occur unnoticed which can promote a vicious cycle of working out to attain a physical image that one will never be satisfied with. It's financially irresponsible in my opinion, can damage one's physical condition, and can lead to some really significant social problems and ego issues. However, if someone is happy with their bodies and is going about things the right way, good for them. If not, not so good for them. I don't mind sharing my personal views on such a subjective matter, but I'm not going to tell someone what to do, how to treat their bodies, and how to eat unless they ask for advice. I think it's completely unfair to tell someone else how to live their life and what to do with their bodies. You're always able to share your loving opinion to a friend, but be careful about how your words may be received as it can result in some very hazardous results.
