OP is OP regardless of skill cap.
If this is what i think it is, it has nothing to do with the dungeon finder. We already have this feature, if you hit O and select raid while in game.They talked about expanding the LFG tool to work more like oQueue currently does.

Op is Op, but I said op for those who know how to move, shoot in the right time etc. The very op thing will be sum skilled payers premadin, druid fc is op tho. Can run rq, Huge base health, low DMG, the use of swiftness pot will transform itself into faceplmin in you use that. Imagine wut a skilled fc with a healer might do...

The Badges MAY BE bought with GOLD. But it was 16 JP so it might cost like 1 gold or 2, I SUGGEST in the starting zone , once you get gold capped, buy some food, then you will be able to sell all that food , do not delete items, (rares you get while fighting), do the quests tog et exalted with argnt dawn , and you will go to Dalaran , to get done with the thing

Currently there are only three JP-purchased items that cannot also be purchased through the Darkmoon Faire. Those are the two BoA shields, and the BoA book.
Edit: three JP-purchased BoA armor pieces, I should say. Mounts and rep are different matters.

Its not implemented. I guess the first time we are going to see it will be on the ptr after wod came out.

The price of heirlooms is going to be too steep for a f2p, on the order of hundreds to over 1k gold.
