It may be cheating, but I am curious, what if you were to use RaF boost to 80, or the WoD preorder boost? I'm actually really keen to start playing, but it seems so slow.
Both are impossible.
RaF cannot be used without faction
90 boost requires you to choose a faction and teleports you to shrine.

Aww okay hahaha. Was just general curiosity. Please explain though, how do you level? I didn't really get that. But I am very intrigued by the whole idea.

We talk about it throughout the thread. Mining/Herbalism gives a little experience [personally I 1-60ed solely on that as at the time I knew of nothing else] sometime aftert that I found out about the 5 daily pet quests that can be done account wide and turned in on this toon, it sped things up a little bit. Personally, I got level up videos also posted online from around 50ish on. And have an openraid planned for when I hit 90.

I'm getting more and more keen to do this hahahahah. :s
Is there an exploit to duel yet? I feel with absolutely no PvP it would be less exciting.
If you want to roll then
EU - Magtheridon
US - Mannoroth
are the best servers for that, no point in rolling anywhere else because we can't get any items from outside, and community makes this a lot more fun.
As for pvp there is none, but you can trap
and we have other rivalry like dodgeball matches and parkour races
