Yes, Healing Power is a vanilla enchant and cannot be applied without gametime.

The mug is from Midsummer or New Years event.

Can use Flexweave Underlay with flag but it's GFED.

Ye all 3 are the same.
As Ohti pointed out only Major spellpower can be applied without GT. The other 2 are vanilla enchant so you need gametime.

Booty Bay during New Years event.

Dont know of anyother slowfall.

You can only use it mid air, landing removes the buff, lasts 10 sec. removing cape cancels buff too. 30 sec swap cd when you put the item on

Well crap.... you can only put Minor Speed on boots with a subscription account. That sucks. I didn't bring any spare boot enchants.
