Vet Account XP questions

Hello, I'm new to the scene and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I turned off xp on my priest when he hit 20 and paid for a months game time to get him fully decked out. Today I turned xp back on before my sub ran out and he immediately levelled to 30.

Where did I go wrong? Is this a bug? and is there any way to revert this?

I also have a paladin I've been working on and noticed today the xp disabled buff is gone and he is banking xp again. Is my best option here to let the sub fully expire and contact a gm to re-enable xp?

your account wasnt vet when you turned off xp it was f2p since you subbed after.
you're not going to get it reverted from 30 sorry, they wouldn't do my 22.
maybe you can contact a gm about the pally since it hasn't been awarded the banked xp yet.

Yep I wasn't too hopeful about the priest but i'll take your advice on the pally. Thank you!
