It's pretty good, but it's not worth the stamina trade in any non-pve situation.

Probably true, I don't mind the stam and crit here. Frees up gift of haste for everything else and gives you a decent chance to Enrage. Might be an option for MH and BAR in OH.

Ok after 3 very painful SFKs and a MTB drop! needed by a 22 Mage... I have stats:

Too tired to crunch any numbers but it's not a complete run away like I thought. HB has a better roll on average and +4 strength over BAR but yea huge loss of health.

OH damage reduction is 50%? so that removes half of it but not the miss chance on whites. I don't think you are going to want anything fast though, no sense gimping your Wild Strike. I'm not so worried about crit with Bloodthirst giving 40% by itself, you will Enrage. Without getting really in-depth with Excel I can't tell. You have the option to make up the health with Stam kit to gloves (it's huge) and roll double HB. Or maybe one of each.

At 200 AP let's say (196 for RTC), your melee difference between a 71 roll on HB and 67 roll on RTC is:
118 vs 113

With a Wild Strike difference of:
442 vs 424

I'd probably roll BAR/HB
