Has someone tested this weapon?
Does the proc chance go lower when im 81-89?

Currently leveling a Mistweaver for the 80's bracket, but i have no idea if im gonna stay at lvl 80 for the legendary mace.

I am currently working on obtaining this. I believe it does proc & I dont think the ppm is affected by your level.

I guess the absorb is nerfed by level 81+ as other similar effects, but I guess it is still pretty viable in BGs

I tried mine at 110 last year and it was a no go. BFA may be different though.
Be prepared for a long haul to get those 25 fragments.

If it's anything like Dragonwrath then the proc should gradually drop off per level and would also be based on your target's level.

I'd imagine this is probably BiS for any healer, but of course someone needs to test for science.

Like 13. Really depends on my luck. I ran it 4 times and have 7/30.
