Hrm. I'll go back and play around with it. I spent like two hours getting out there and then 15 seconds trying to pick pocket before I got dismayed that it might have gotten changed.

are there other locations where mobs are being aggrod? Because i tried on other mobs but i get seen like 50 yards out.
Maybe im just bad at rogue?

has been nerfed for some time now. at first i thought there is high level in front pick pocketing all [has happened to me before, for 2 days] but no. someone posted on wowhead too, dunno under what category. so i switched to that frostfire place, near garrison. f2p don't get to wait, need to do stuff before nerf. and i farmed for that toy. mask is no biggy but still quite more harder now. dunno boutta alliance but i wouldn't bother as f2p. can't mogg it and ilvl will not really help you as f2p. also, they might change it up a bit in bfa, so stats might matter then.

If im stubborn enough to deal with dying and corpse running, is this solo-able? Or do i need a priest buddy?

The nice thing about tomb of light was that you could stand still while the NPCs killed the guys you were pickpocketing- effectively allowing you to do it solo. Its similar in the iron front, but i doubt you would be able to do it solo. I helped a friend the other day on my mage... i just aggro’d a bunch of guys there (the twink stood at the base of the hill that the rare spawn that drops mounts/marks of the legion- i forget name- sits) and brought to him to pickpocket, killed and repeated. Its very quick this way.. maybe 15 minutes?

Unfortunately the guide was lost in the recent drama, but I think theres a good spot for horde that is soloable around the garrison in frostfire? I remember something about friendlys that would heal you too or something.
Unfortunately its not on the internet archives - so I don't remember exactly. I know that there were comments that alliance basically require a high level buddy now.

Yes, Iron Front is soloable. U just have to stand near where the allied mobs attack them. U really only have access to a handful of mobs, if u go too far in u’ll get smashed. I sort of found a nice routine of going far enough in to get some mobs before u aggro others. Doesn’t take too long even as F2P.
I queue bg’s and when u get out, the mobs are all changed so u can pick pocket them all again

learn the attack patterns in stonefang outpost and you can pickpocket every single mob without taking dmg
in iron front same thing
you can aggro the mobs beyong the initial spawns
and just los the casters or run away from melees they will turn back and sometimes be aggroed by frendly npcs

Sneak up from behind... Stealth detection only works on the front so yeh... a level 10 rogue can sneak up on a level 110 like this.. however i'm not rly sure if it still works like this... and also i'm not sure if it works like this in PvE... im a terrible rogue
