Today, at some point in a dungeon I started whirlwinding as a ceiling fan, I noticed I had 107% haste. Any idea what class/spell/buff/bug causes that?

Should have screenshotted your buffs, and I'd assume someone used hero.

Here's my main, Doogietwink Monk (10):

Almost fully optimized, pending Liar's Cord 3rd socket proc, Tense Unstable Diamond, and 2x Mechagon Rings.
Took haste to Beti's recommended soft cap of 69 or 70 points of haste to bring him to 23.4% or 23.7% haste, respectively, depending on which cloak I use.
Not sure if I should drop vers or crit, so I kept them kind of even. He does about 31 base dmg per tick of spin kick right now, so it takes like 2-3 spin kicks to kill a mob/pack of mobs. I'm wondering if more crit will mean I crit more often and make it just 2 spin kicks or if vers would raise the base dmg closer to 40 per tick and maybe that will make it 2 spin kicks (or maybe go crazy and make all my +2/+2 gems into +4 Int). Need to test it or if someone else already has please lmk (TIA).

Also, I'm not fully speed capped on purpose. 45% and 49% doesn't feel different enough to be worth it. Plus, I'm not 1-shotting things anyway, so I often need to slow down or stop anyway. I'd rather have the additional 2 Int to help raise my damage.
