great myrm!
Right, I really appreciate what you`re trying to do to help the Twink community, and believe that it`s a really great idea, but lemme play Devil`s Advocate just now.In the future Twinkinfo will be a a direct sponsor of the Twink Cup, which increases the risk of Blizzard shutting down both as we gain more exposure. WoW is Blizzard's intellectual property and it would be nothing for them to shut down this site and the Twink Cup and crush the dreams of the entire community while they're just barely getting off the ground. The twink community is making moves that even Blizzard can't ignore, and so far that's been a great thing, but while we recognize their potential to help us grow as a community it's also important to remember that they wield the sword of Damocles.
I want to see the Twink Cup grow into a self-sustaining, yearly LAN tournament and community meetup. I want to see Blizzard promote twinking as a viable alternative to endgame content to keep people playing when they get bored of the constant grind. I want to see articles from our community featured on the front page of Battlenet. I want to see the Twink Cup hosted at Blizzcon and to see teams from our community get professional sponsorships, and I want to see our community grow and surpass all the other gaming communities. When they dig through the rubble of our civilization in 2000 years and find WoW and Twinkinfo's servers I want them to immortalize "Pizza" and "Saxxon" as the great heroes of our era.
What happens if Blizzard won't work with us? Then I guess my dreams will remain dreams. But if we don't try to work with them we will never grow past the point we're at now, the Twink Cup will fizzle out and our community will never reach the heights of glory that it's capable of.
I respect what you've done for the community Hamcake, your name is one of the oldest and most iconic here, but if the community doesn't evolve it will perish.
Once again congratulations, I hope you will rule the kingdom of TI for a long time yet!I’ll start by thanking everyone for all of the congratulations and kind words I’ve received over the last couple days.

Although I have a question, once you recieved the admin status, I lost about 100-150 post counts, not that it matters I'm just curious how or why.
Ahh, makes sense. ThanksDeleting of the private server and account sale sub forum
Clique would be your direct guild/friend group that you play with in the greater twink community. In that greater community, you recognize names but may not associate with them.I think the word you are looking for is 'clique', not 'community'.
what about posting private server screenshots? im guessing it falls into the no category but want to be sure
The future of twinkinfo in a nutshell..."19s 19s 19s!!! other brackets can go screw themselves!!!!"
The mods have made their goals clear, and don't even respond to messages nor posts. They even start hoping other brackets fail....I am pretty much almost done with this site if it wasn't for previous commitments...
mods had to transition from shanes iron-fist to myrm who was running the 19 twinkcup as owners etc, new rules were set obvs and everyone was preoccupied with twinkcup
but its over now so its k only thing that matters atm is 39s
numbers wise the seasons aren't really that troubling
39s will never be a fraction of what 19s is and it will die out and struggle for pops even if it gets a large tournament going. No offense, 19s is the only bracket that's going to make the long haul (besides maybe 20s). If efforts for a 39s were applied appropriately to 19s questions of the NWL and xmas tournament wouldn't be necessary, the bracket would be year round guaranteed, that's why I am troubled when I see talk of 39s, currently any success that it has will take away from 19s.
To be completely honest i've re-evaluated since the twinkcup. I'm pretty indifferent too 39s now.Oh you haven't read the post where Conq wishes 39s would die out and how he plans to make 19s year round and christmas tournaments and all that....

The worst thing 39s will do to 19s is kill pugs for a little while, war games will be around regardless, because of the NWL and other efforts. Don't get me wrong, I like 19s PuGs, but if its one or the other, I think seasons are far more appropriate in this scenario.
