It doesnt matter who mvq said it too, Selaya isn't worth any more than the rest of us, because without us there would be no website to moderate.

Also, the new mods I have no disrespect for because they do their jobs WELL and don't cause toxicity and actually try to help out others who are lost.

The actions that have been taken on the site lately have little or nothing to do with biases. There may be some inconsistencies due to the fact that some of our staff aren't following proper protocol, and I'm dealing with that. But bias is not really a factor here.

That's weird because i'm 100% sure it was Conq deleting my posts and threatening me with a ban on his overwatch subforum, yet i'm not the only one being toxic or posting comments that arent constructive like his custom sub-forum rules state is not allowed in the sub-forums, p.s he banned me from his OW discord while I hadn't posted a single message there? Bias.

I knew exactly what he meant, I saw the content myself. He was indeed spamming. He created multiple threads complaining about Selaya, one after the other. Providing evidence was not necessary, he knew what he did. There was no confusion on my end, nor do I recall any such "tangent" about toxicity.

Things are not always as they "seem", I'm afraid. I did care, at first anyway. I tried to take care of him, but he kept digging his hole deeper. I was the one person that COULD have gotten him out of all that mess, despite how much he was in the wrong, and yet he continued to disrespect me and the rest of my staff. I'm sorry, but if you expect a staff member to help you after constant harassment and disrespect, you're sadly mistaken.

I didn't dispute that his actions weren't bannable, i'm just pointing out he lost respect for staff as soon as you all started banning him with no proof no evidence wrong reasons and when he brings it up in discord your staff show no concern no effort.

Reasons should have been provided, no matter how evident they were. Notification should have also been given. Not disputing that. However, I assure you your posts/threads HAD plenty of reason to be moderated. You know that just as well as myself and all the rest of us.

No, that's not why at all. It's usually just because they are too lazy or don't feel the need to. Because again, I assure you they COULD provide a reason if they actually took the time to do so. If you feel like you've had any content that has been moderated without a good reason, please inform me and I'll provide you with one myself. Maybe that will help bring some closure.

Yeah, you really did him a favor there. Great job. And that is not at all what killed the TC. The lack of interest in competitive playing in the bracket (or lack of interest in the bracket altogether, for that matter) is what killed it. If it weren't for Conq and the others who have gone through so much to put this all together, there wouldn't BE a TC in the first place. You can't expect one person to do everything, and then blame that person for things not working out when it was almost entirely due to external circumstances completely out of his (or anyone's) control.

Trust me I know why TC never happened, it's almost too obvious that if people are still in doubt they should open their eyes a bit and see why.

Good for you. My question is, how many tournaments (even remotely close to the same degree as the TC) have you successfully managed by yourself? My guess would be none, but I suppose I could be wrong.

So now, your content has been moderated, and in this particular case, you WERE given a reason and notified of said moderation. And you didn't provide any valid dispute to those reasons. But never mind that, right? Lets change the subject by pointing out other people's content that you felt should have been moderated but wasn't.

I think you need to look up the definition of inconsistency and look back through the pictures I uploaded.

Here's another false statement, they just keep adding up. Quite the contrary, I'm afraid. Devm actually has far more moderated content on the site than just about anyone else, and even the poor examples you provided here in this thread were moderated. That thread about Selaya? That was locked and removed from public view several minutes after being posted, and he was banned for it. You keep talking about how the staff is bias, yet you specifically target Devm because, by your own admission, you don't like him. That has "bias" written all over it. But I suppose you could do a much better job at moderating a forum, right?

I already explained why I used Devm as an example, because it's just too easy to pick up screenshots of his posts compared to anyone else, poor examples???????????? this dude is insulting staff, asking for bans, posting personal information about people and every post in the last 2 weeks has been toxic.
He's not the most moderated person, if he was moderated I wouldnt be able to pull 4 pictures of his toxicity in 5mins of looking.

If there are only "certain people" who are being moderated, then perhaps it is because there are only "certain people" on the site who can't be decent and follow simple rules. Not because the staff is being "biased" or ignoring others. And I've seen a few of your reports, even acted on one of them myself. But 99% of your reports are bogus and a waste of our time. you apparently feel that just because you personally don't like a response, it should be deleted. Unfortunately for you, however, it doesn't work that way.

Obviously that shows a clear consistency in your content. If your posts are constantly being moderated, perhaps it's time to change the way you post? I highly doubt you'll even so much as consider that, though.

Of course I wont consider that when i'm getting no reason for the moderation, how am I meant to know where I went wrong on a post if you're deleting it without letting me know? hmmm.

Conq and his shitty overwatch section removed from this website, if you need a further explanation I can provide one.

Also i've been in contact with Mvq and he has no problems with me discussing his ban, he even provided me with some more information about his ban which is worth noting.

He did what Arkte said and got in contact with him to discuss his ban, he got the response above.

He stopped making Selaya threads when Selaya said 'next thread on me will be banned', he accepted this as a warning and stopped, then white knight Conq came along a while later and saw an old post by Mvq and perma banned him.

No discussion between staff leading to confusion between actions taken leading to a perma ban and Mvq no longer has any interest in coming back to this website due to lack of respect shown by staff, or organisation, nothing.
