Fyi i voted to keep devm and allow them to play. I see no difference in the risk taken of having them ddosing wether they play or not. Now possibly a larger risk. Regardless, it is a community event and i think if they had a team they should have played. So sorry.

edit: honestly every ddoser should be dealt with equally, but Devm has shown zero respect for anything, and have several times been banned on XPoff for misbehaviour.

With all the roleplaying aside, I applaud, respect and admire, every SINGLE individual who has helped make this years cup possible.
