Ok, I was really trying to hardest to remain respectful to everyone after the cup ended, I'm totally fine with the fact that we lost but upon reading your posts in this thread, are you delusional or just really stupid?
The rest of SR played great, but as usual you did nothing for the team other than put them in tough spots due to your poor play and panicking constantly. Everyone including your own team is aware of this which is why you were very often babysat by 3-4 people to pick the flag. ****, the only time SR made any great plays FC wise was when Pizza had to pull clutch and cover for your mistakes.
I mean, congrats on winning but pretty much everyone knows the grand finals were a write-off, it's safe to say neither team was playing at 100% and we were ice cold after sitting in our chairs for 4-5 hours in the middle of the night. We both know what happened in the earlier series when we were wide away and ready to go.
Just stop trying to get huge when the entire community knows you're SR's weakest link by a huge margin, it's embarrassing.

not even close, my biggest problem was clicking off the flag to pass it up due to a fullscreen ui problem that wasn't fixed till the cup was almost over.
in the earlier series we threw both games to you on a silver platter anyone with a brain saw

so when you throw a game it is no big deal and you use it to put the other team down (because this somehow makes them bad), but when another team makes a mistake against you they are instantly ****. You must be a great friend irl

Can we all agree that in the future there should be a rule committee present for the tourney in a call or chat group. It can be comprised of admins and maybe community leaders (not in the tourney) that are given a maximum of 10 minutes to debate on a ruling with a head of the group (probably Myrm) making a final decision at 10 minutes?
I love my team, PING, but a huge reason why we didn't play at 100% was because a few of us got caught up so much in the rules and the proper interpretation/enforcement of them. It shouldn't have been their job to do so.
All this WFS/PING Illuminati screen shot **** is just taking away from the purpose of the tourney. We're here to play WSG as an Esport when it clearly wasn't designed for that... there's a LOT of grey area **** that is going to come up and people are going to have to deal with it.
Focusing on the small stuff like stump jumps, bubble wands, and lower rated teams not being able to field a full roster dilutes the entire tournament with "cheating." It's all relative to the situation and all that focus on the small stuff really made the big stuff, like stuck bugging to bypass a gauntlet, feel like it was comical.
I don't want you to misinterpret this as me just bashing my team because I'm not. I understood their concerns and their reasoning but just disagreed purely because of the context of the tourney. I've been around actual Esports enough to see this for what it was, an annual community reunion. I just think it was a catastrophic failure by the tournament administration to not properly prepare for this and deal with it promptly. I love you Myrm but I want you to learn from this and possibly seek new/better advisers when setting this up so that all of this can potentially be avoided.
