I just kind of, as a game design idea, pull back from creating two different versions of the game. Like the PvP talent system is the most obvious but also the way spells work differently (sometimes to a huge degree) in pvp or even just do way more/less dmg in a pvp environment and theres no visual indication that this is the case.Compared to the first iteration of pvp talents Id say theyve made leaps and bounds of progress, and they do serve a point. Itd be interesting if they could be worked into the regular talent tree but at what cost? Idk, I quite like the current system.
It just all kinda bugs me
But also, Im sympathetic to the way they have to try and balance the output and mitigation it takes to survive a raid encounter with the output and mitigation you need to survive a 2v2 match and I dont envy the hole previous designers/devs dug for current designers/devs. So i get it. I'm just gonna grumble about it too.
