Blessing of freedom, paladin is gonna be t1
Yeah it still takes all the spec points to get the Harpoon and all the enhancements (as it did before), because now you also have to get Tip of the Spear. The Survival Hunter changes are in too now. The combined Harpoon related talents are now restricted to level 19 if you commit to the path. I don't remember if they had it before, but they gained access to Aspect of the Eagle (15 seconds of having your Mongoose Bite and Raptor Strike reach 40 yards, 90 second cooldown).
PS: A blue post is showing priest talent changes coming soon
Dude pala tree looks so cool.
Prot tree fun too
I noticed that what Prot Paladins currently have in SL as their three talent choices are now all talent points they can have AT THE SAME TIME. As someone looking to play a not-hunter character in DF PvE, Prot Paladin is now on top of my list of choices. I don't know how the damage is on a geared prot paladin, but all the potential damage reductions in DF are incredible looking.
Holy shield stays, the hype for DF continues.
No, but I dont see it mattering much tbh. It still brings the speed for those crusader procs.Goesid do you know how important a rare cudgel is? I have a geared prot with a green cudgel and a zero gear paladin with a rare cudgel. Wut do? :<
Fire sucks ass, big dissappointment. Literally need to spend every talent from spec tree to get all the base skills and thus losing any choice
Literally just having 2x fire blast would do enough for it to be playable. Right now it's spamming fireball in hopes for proc and then using blast+pyro. Everyone dies until you can do the combo, sad because this spec is so fun when actually playableIt has a good class tree at least ...
... but yeah, disappointing spec tree. I'm not sure what it would need to pop off at 20. Probably Combustion.
Still, will be pretty decent in the right hands.
Ass rogue gets energy regen, outlaw as well, shuriken storm seems to be baseline now, shiv available first row too.I noticed a few prior classes also had a few recent minor changes to their talent tree (among more to come in time).
Example:
-Enh can directly access flurry talent now.
-Sub rogue can access relentless strike talent without needing to invest a talent point in a AoE.
-MM 20 hunters can unlock chimera shot, even if the skill says one needs to be lvl 34 to use it.
-Among a few other possible examples of minor changes.
This is such a great change. Assa before seemed like having only one choice path, now there is some place to figure different buildsAss rogue gets energy regen, outlaw as well, shuriken storm seems to be baseline now, shiv available first row too.
I noticed a few prior classes also had a few recent minor changes to their talent tree (among more to come in time).
Example:
-Enh can directly access flurry talent now without needing to spend talent on something else first.
-Sub rogue can access relentless strike talent without needing to invest a talent point in a AoE, and provides another route to access Shadow Dance.
-MM 20 hunters can unlock chimera shot, even if the skill says one needs to be lvl 34 to use it.
-Among a few other possible examples of minor changes.
