Looks are subjective, but it's pointless if it doesn't match the rest of your gear. SW tabard matches the plate DPS BoAs perfectly, as does the AV tabard.

Tabard of the Explorer - Item - World of Warcraft should be available too. Even if a GM won't give it to you, you should be able to get it restored from the tabard vendor.

25 tabards should be available to any draenei who has the scarlet crusade tabard already and grinds every outland rep to exalted for tabards. Seems like it more then likely won't happen but just saying unless I'm counting wrong 25 tabards is possible

I just noticed that one may now buy the Arathi Basin Tabard at the vendor in Refuge Point for 2600ish honour if exalted. I didn't see it posted anywhere. I dunno if this is old news or not.

Regarding the Argent Crusade tabard: a "real" F2P can get to Icecrown, including the vendor, by foot. It will require a lot of perseverance. There is a way to get (walk) from Zul'Drak to Storm Peaks then jump down to Icecrown. I know this because in the beginning of WOLK expansion, I wanted to go there to farm saronite, as soon as possible, even before flying was available. And I did. But I can only imagine what would it take for a level 20 to just walk this way...

Well...this was easier than I thought. I did it last night on my paladin, between battlegrounds. I took all the flight paths in Crystal Forest, Zul'Drak, Storm Peaks (minus Ulduar - too out of the way), dropped in Icecrown at the Tournament and from here only died 3 times on my way to the Argent Crusade vendor. And I got my tabard.

Edit: I bought mine for 70 marks in WotLK with only honored with Warsong
