Yeah, any item with "upgrade potential" will have a minimum rlvl equal to the zone "floor"... still a cool find, though!

In any case it is confirmation that these NTV single source items are dropping once again...

What I'd love to see is a comprehensive list of all the items that are dropping "once again"... What do they have in common? How are they different from the items that are still "undroppable"? Is there a way to "deduce" the possibility of undiscovered items that are likely to be dropping again?

All things considered, it SHOULD be dropping. Total bullshit that it doesn't.

theres more other than these zones its very specific to the mob, maybe if the mob ever underwent a model change or npcID change idk.

But i tried to farm cowl of necromancy in badlands too and never got.

and i have like 600 loots on Lord Sakrasis in STV from when chromosword was hype and selling and never got his offhand

Some are not actually listed on Wowhead, but instead found in the comments of checking mobs... Very annoying!

I was just informed by a friend that in the next patch, level 20 cap zones will now go up to 60, to work with the quest sync system.

This could potentially make SALVAGE CRATE Mulgore/Tirisfal/Elwynn/Durotar/DunMorogh/EversongWoods/Bloodmyst/Teldrassil drops not scale to a max of 20 anymore, but rather 60.

Anyone with crates or anyone who knows someone with them should open them for that last shot at Rare/Epic 20 Sleekfeather Tunic/Lionfur Armor from mulgore and Foreman Vest/Pants from Dun Morogh

you wont be able to farm Elwynn Forest rares on high level for 20 stuff also.

in an eventual level squash world this change could mean Elwynn items for whatever level we will be idk.

PTR is broken atm, cant log in to confirm changes on these zones level caps.

there was the guy with EPIC BVB who wanted boarhide for his 39, he will be happy xD

Fairly certain the level floor for these is level 25. I farmed the Engineers in STV with a level 19 and the lowest green and blues I could get to drop on the mob-specific items was level 25.
