Shammies over rated?

I want to make a new POD 39, heard shammies were over rated, what do you think?

They’re overrated. Strongest burst in bracket though. Mine has his warriors for like 2200

They aren't overrated, as long as you know how to purge and carry some faps. They can be frustrating waiting for procs, but no one else comes close on burst. I would say Ele is a better spec overall, mostly due to range and focused casting for the odd heal.
